On Saturday 8th June a group of men from the parish set off from the car park at St Anne’s for their annual walking trip. Clare Glen, at Tandragee, provided a very pleasant setting for the men to enjoy their walk. Of course, the morning wouldn’t have been complete without plenty of tea and coffee and a slice of cake! Having worked up a healthy appetite, the men all enjoyed a great lunch at Armagh City Hotel on the way home. Many thanks to Ian and Victor for organising the event and to all who came along.
Recently a group of Men enjoyed a hearty Saturday morning breakfast at Kinore before driving to Cookstown for our clay pigeon shoot. The competition was good-hearted but the experts soon rose to the top and competed in a serious final round. As always, the men enjoyed each other’s company and we look forward to more “4Men” events in the Autumn. A special thank-you to William who organised the whole event and to all who participated in it.
