Our two churches have regular services alongside various organisations associated with the life of the church.
We are always delighted to meet visitors to our parish and we can assure you of a warm welcome.
Disabled access to St Anne's Parish Church and Church Hall has now been upgraded and you can access this from the top gate (off Church Street) and either enter the building via the side door of the Church on Church Street or use the new disabled pathway to the glass doors at the side of the church.
Telephone number for the Parish Office which is normally open on a Thursday and Friday is 028 87752281.
Harvest is always one of the highlights of our church’s year. We look forward to gathering in our beautifully decorated churches to sing the lovely old Harvest hymns and celebrate God’s continued generosity. Please invite friends and neighbours along to our special services.
St Anne's Harvest was held on 6th October.
St Elizabeth’s Harvest Service will be on Sunday 20th October, at 10 a.m. and a Service of Harvest Praise will be held at 6.30 p.m. followed by a Harvest Supper.
Our Sunday evening service will be for all Drumglass Parish, as there will not be an evening service in St Anne’s.
As in previous years, St Elizabeth’s will have a “container harvest”, when parishioners are asked to donate non-perishable goods – for example: tins of vegetables, tea, coffee and cereals, instead of flowers, fruit and vegetables. This was a resounding success in the past and we were able to donate many items to the Lite Bite Food Bank. Of course, there will still be flowers and vegetables etc. but let’s use this year’s harvest again to look out to the world around us and help those in need.
Friday 18th October : Messy @ Harvest from 6.30 to
8 p.m. in St Anne's Minor Hall. Special harvest event for all
the family including fun, crafts, stories and food! This year our
Messy Harvest will have a special ECO theme.
PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE OF DATE.
